Are your products all-natural?

Yes. We use all natural and organic ingredients always

Do you test on animals?

No. Our products are human tested only.

How do you preserve your ingredients?

We use natural preservatives like vitamin e, lactobacillus ferment, Rosemary extract and various essential oils. We also package all of our products in UV protected glass jars to protect ingredients from sunlight.

Do your products need to be refrigerated?

While refrigeration will lengthen the shelf life of most products, you do not need to refrigerate our products. We suggest you use the product within 6 months of the date of purchase to guarantee its freshness.

How long do the products last when opened?

Products are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Return Policy: We guarantee the freshness of our product for 6 months from the date of purchase. If a product arrives damaged or a return is required, please email us so that we may send you a new product or address your return.
